Welcome to the Ni Lab
We are a cryoEM/ET group focusing on macromolecular assemblies and host-pathogen interfaces using an integrative structural biology approach including x-ray crystallography, cryoEM, cryoCLEM, cryoFIB milling and cryoET subtomogram averaging.
Research in the lab is focused on membrane-remodelling complexes in virus replication cycle and pore-forming proteins.
We are located in LKS Faculty of Medicine in the University of Hong Kong, China
